    Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday appointments are available by request.

  • What services do you provide?

    Our non-medical services include companion care, homemaking, personal care, and memory support. Whether you need part-time help or 24/7 live-in care, we’re here to support your family.

  • Do your caregivers speak different languages?

    Yes. Many of our caregivers are bilingual, with backgrounds in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Georgian, Ghanaian, and Jamaican cultures. If your loved one feels more comfortable speaking a specific language, we do our best to match them with a caregiver who can communicate in that language.

  • How do you choose which caregivers to hire?

    We conduct detailed background checks, reference verification and personal interviews. Many of our caregivers come from Eastern European backgrounds and bring a warm, dedicated approach to care.

  • How are caregivers matched to clients?

    We take time to understand each client’s personality, preferences, and needs before selecting a caregiver. Clients can request specific backgrounds, languages, or traits, and we offer a trial period to ensure the match is right.

  • Are your caregivers available 24/7?

    Yes. We provide 24/7 live-in and hourly assistance, ensuring your loved one has support around the clock if needed.

  • What is your minimum service per visit?

    We require a 4-hour minimum per visit to ensure consistent, quality care that respects both our clients' and caregivers’ time.

  • How does payment work?

    We send invoices weekly and accept checks only—no cash or credit cards. We also work with long-term care insurance providers and support transitions to Title 19/Medicaid. We also accept ACH (electronic bank payments) and can set up autopay based on weekly invoices. If there is no care, there is no payment.
